Sharing custom and exclusion dictionaries

Office's spell-checker is severely compromised by the unusual choice of
words in the default lexicon which, I understand, can't be edited. This can
be greatly offset by the use of the custom and exclusion dictionaries which,
if used correctly and diligently will greatly enhance the usefulness of the
spell-checking function over time.

The problem is that this resource is located locally and any benefits
acquired by this process are local and restricted to the user unless
someone takes on the task of keeping users' Proof ' folders synchronised.

Is there any way to share dictionary folders so that edits to the custom and
exclusion dictionaries are available to subscribing users?

JF.
