Sharing entourage between users

My wife and I have separate user accounts on our mac. As a result, we
each have separate Microsoft User Data folders, which contain calendar
events, addresses, etc. Is there a way for the two user accounts to
share the same Microsoft User Data folder? Or is there a way to sync
our folders, so if I had something to my Entourage calendar it also
shows up on her calendar when she logs into her user account?

Hi Jim,

you can have one MUD folder, but this means:

a) you will have to use identities instead
b) your MUD folder will be accessible from one Mac OS X user account only.

Identities work a lot like user accounts in that they keep data separate, so
even if you were to use identities (I don't see any benefit for your setup
right now), there would be no way to share your calendar with your wife and
vice-versa. You could do that more easily via iCal, and depending what OS
and version of Office you are using (you'll need Mac OS X 10.4.x and Office
2004 11.2.3), you can sync your Entourage calendar with iCal, then publish
your calendar via .Mac. Alternatively, if that's not too appealing, you
could create a project calendar (again, Office 2004) and share it with your
wife by using your iDisk as a remote server.

Now I do realise all of this sounds slightly confusing, but it's not really
that bad. I'm just listing the options, so if any of them sound interesting
to you, post back, tell me which one you'd like to use, and I'll elaborate a
little bit.
