Sharing informaiton within 2 profiles

I would like to figure a way to share information between
2 outlook profiles (work and personal). My goal is to
take the work profile (calendar and tasks) and import
into my personal profile so that I have one calendar and
tasks to view and sync to my palm.

Can this be done and how?

You can have two profiles that use the same PST file, but I don't know if
that will give you what you want, as it means all your work and personal
mail will go to the same inbox....

And although you can open another PST file (go to your personal profile and
also open your work PST in there), you won't be able to sync to the
secondary PST file, as far as I know...
