Sharing Personal Folders on Multiple Computers

G

Gaipo, Mark

Is there a way to create personal folders in Entourage, to a server, say for
instance, iDisk, and then be able to share those personal folders on 2
separate machines running the same exchange server settings.

I read something similar in principle with iWeb. A person can store all
iWeb support folders on their idisk and access or change or work on an iWeb
project from any Mac that has the iWeb program.

Thank you - Mark

Hi Mark!

If you're looking for personal folders as in PST files, then no. That is
not supported in Entourage 2004.

Be sure to use the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism built into Entourage
to let Microsoft know you want this feature.

A work-around would be to create a Project in Entourage and put that on
a central server. It's not quite the same thing and can be kludgy. Not
even PST files are supposed to be accessed by more than one person at a
time.

Hope this helps!
