Sharing projects on entourage

Hi there,


Is there any way to share info on entourage with others without using an
exchange server. Because I have a small business and want to share info
with my employees.

Is there some program I need or do I have to actually setup a server?

Entourage 2004 has a nice Project manager (independent of Exchange). If
you have a networked drive everybody can access you can share the
project through it.
