I need to update the image used on our computers and I would like the
new users to get the advantage of all the training the spam filters
have received.
how can I move the junk mail filter to the virgin install and make sure
it is used when I create a new email account?
How can I move the junk mail filter to existing users so that they have
it?

If your talking about the Junk E-mail Protection/Junk Mail Filter under the
Tools menu that's built into Entourage, there's nothing to copy because the
filter can't be trained. To have the latest Junk E-mail Protection filter
installed, simply make sure your copy of Entourage is up-to-date on each
machine.

If you are talking about rules (Tools > Rules) for handling junk mail, you
can back those up when you back up all of the other Entourage data by
copying the ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office <version>
Identities/<Your Identity> folder.

If you have some third-party junk e-mail filter installed that is trained
like SpamSieve, you'd need to contact the manufacturer for help.
