Sharing Subfolders?

M

Mike Hall

I've spent the past several hours trying to set up my
Outlook 2003 so that my assistant (who is using Outlook
2002) can view *all* of my e-mail. We've had no trouble
with the in-box but have had no success whatsoever with
respect to the in-box subfolders. Among other things,
I've given her owner, reviewer, etc. permissions on some
of the subfolders, also tried making her a delegate. None
of this makes any difference.

I cannot find a word about this on the web or on MS
Support. Am I missing something obvious here? Is this
just impossible and I should stop trying?

Any help much appreciated -- this matters to me.

Thanks very much,

Mike

Have you tried setting the delegate access to the top level folder (Outlook
Today, normally) and then granting levels of access to sub folders?
