Sharing violation error message

Hi,

I am running windows XP Pro and Office 2003. I get the following error
message when I try to save my excel file: "The document was saved
successfully but excel cannot reopen it because of a sharing violation.
Please close the document and try to open it again."

I checked and nobody else has the file open.

Any help will be appreciated.
