Sheet 1, if cell g2 (which is a name) matches

On Cell H2 of Sheet 1, if cell g2 on Sheet 1 (a name) is found on Sheet 2 in
column E (row 1 thru 212) I want it to say Yes

Thank you. I did not give you enough information. The formula for that one
cell (h2) works! Problem now is the formula for cell (h3) when I copy and
paste as "formula", it becomes =IF(COUNTIF(Sheet2!E213:E423),"Yes","Not
found").
Sheet 1 has over 600 rows. I don't know how to continue it. Thanks for
anymore help!

I figured it out! when entering Sheet2!E:E it will look in that column
every time.
You did get me going in the right direction which was the Function. Thanks
again.
