Shift click not working

Hello,

I recently imported all my email from Outlook to Entourage and am in
the process of re-organizing all my mail folders. (Entourage
maintained the main folders but none of the subfolders).

I have tons of subflders and would like to just select all the
appropriate sub folders and move/drag them to their main folder
however, i am not able to select more than one item at a time.

Command click and shift click are not working (athough they work in my
other programs).

Any suggestions?

These shortcuts don't work with Entourage folders. Dragging or using 'move
to' is the only option. You could drag as subfolders your imported folders
so it's easier to move several folders at once. You'll still probably have
some cleanup to do.
