shift formula references by X rows

i would like to shift my formula references by some rows...

e.g., from F10+F15+F16 to F5+F10+F11 (shift by 5 rows).

I have many formulas in 6 sheets that i have to do. I would hate to redo the
formulas again...

Any help is appreciated.
