Shopping Cart

Is there any shopping cart that I can download and it will go right into my
Frontpage website on my harddrive and I can begin making my shopping cart on
my harddrive then when I am finished I can publish to my remote server?

If I'm reading you right, I maintain my own site and I use PayPal. I don't
know HTML and don't want to look at it so I create where I want the buttons
to go on the page, go to HTML view, and paste the code that PayPal generated
in that spot. Works great and with PayPal I have zero paperwork to deal with.
