Shortcuts to create Contacts?

Are ther any shortcuts for creating contacts that enter any of the
contact fields for you. Ie: if you get an email from someone and you
want to create a contact for that person.
With some email programs you can select that person or that person's
email and create a contact in your address book that at least already
has their name and/or email. I wish to create contacts without having
to type all the pertinent date in.
Does anybody know of any shortcuts or appropriate help sites?

When viewing a message sent by this person, choose Add to Address Book from
the Tools menu.

If the person that you want to add is not the sender of an email (but is in
one of the other fields like TO or CC), Control-Click their name and choose
Add to Address Book. Provided their name was included by the original
sender, it will be flowed into the Address Book entry.

These instructions are for Entourage 2004. There may be differences in
earlier versions. In the future, please state the version of Entourage that
you are using.
