Show MSOffice Picture Manager In MS-Office-2003-Support Site!!!!!

In the Microsoft Office 2003 Support Site there is no reference to Microsoft
Office Picture Manager. Is Microsoft too embarrased with the Picture Managers
undocumented issues to offer support for it?
