show public contact in my contact with synchronize

i can show the public contact in my public folder, in contact folder, under
other contact, just right click and choose add it to my favorite, but I shown
in other contact, I want to shown in my contact, not in other contact, and I
want to be synchronize with the original contact in public folder, not copy &
paste, how can I do that?
