show repeated item automatically

if i hv a file with the following data
A B C D E
no# name xx time others
... .. .. .. ..
As i keep on entering the data into different columns,
is it possible to show the repeat items in column "A"
automatically in other place of the same worksheet?!

Wht should i do except using advanced filter manually?!

Sounds like you could use a pivot table
Just need to make sure you update the pivot table after
entering data.
