Show the name instead of the address

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2007 and I would like to know how I can show the name
insteand of the address in the "To" field in an email.

In the Contact Record fill in the "Display As" field to reflect what you
want to appear.

Thank you so much, Since I use a "French" version of the program, I did not
