Outlook 2003 has a nifty feature that allows you to show two time zones
at the same time in calendar view - I really like this when moving
between cities on business. Am now running OS X-Tiger and Entourage
2004 - but can't figure out how to duplicate this feature - anyone know
how to do it? Thanks

The United calendar downloads are in VCS format, which is a standard
calendar format -- like vcards for contacts. The file should download to
wherever your browser download preferences say it should go by default.
Mine downloads to my desktop. When you find it, just drag it over to the
Entourage icon on the dock and drop it in -- Entourage will put it in the
right place.

If you select the file and hit splat-I, you'll probably see that it's set to
"open with" iCal -- that's Apple's default. You can change it to Entourage
and select "use this application to open all documents like this." If you
do that, all you have to do is click it and Entourage will take over from
there. If you use Safari as your browser and have "open safe files" selected
in the preferences, it should happen automatically when you download it from
United.
