Showing all pages at one time

How do I have all pages I'm working on showing at one time? I have to go to
"go to page" to see them individually. It's a pain.

I misunderstood the question. I assumed he wanted the sorter. No you can only
see two pages at once. You can see all or most of the pages in print preview at
once.
