Showing attachment when printing email

When I print a sent email with an attachment, the header
information prints fine, but without the attachment
line. Is there a way to print the email showing an
attachment was sent with it?

Convert the message to Plain Text before priting. You can print HTML
messages with the icon by using an add-in;
