Showing graphics inline?

I wish to compose mail with inline graphics (IOW, with picts you can see
in the body of the message) instead of as attachments that must be
viewed separately. I would also like to be able to see pictures others
send me in the body of their messages so I don't have to open QT picture
viewer.

Eudora allows me to do both, but I can't seem to find any options in
Entourage that permit this to happen. Any suggestions or info for me?
TIA.

I wish to compose mail with inline graphics (IOW, with picts you can see
in the body of the message) instead of as attachments that must be
viewed separately.

You can do that in Entourage X for OS X, but not Entourage 2001. If you
create the HTML in an outside editor and use Paul Berkowitz's "Send Complex
HTML" script to send the message, it's possible, but probably not worth the
trouble.
I would also like to be able to see pictures others
send me in the body of their messages so I don't have to open QT picture
viewer.

To do that there are two options you need to have checked. See the
Entourage Help Page for details:

Not all images seem to appear for some reason, but turning on the options
mentioned should allow you to see most images in message windows.
