Shrinking Fonts

I have a user whose Outlook 2003 sp2 suddenly exhibited bizarre behavior.
Sher composes emails in a size `12 Arial, and all looks normal in her
Outlook. When someone receives it, however, it is shrunken to a maybe size 4
font, but still shows as a size 12 in the receivers Outlook toolbar.
Can't seem to find anything in configuration. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Using Word as the email editor? Check the zoom factor.

Thanks for the reply. I can't seem to figure out how to change the "zoom"
factor. Also, this user was using HTML as her email editor. I changed to Rich
Text and am still seeing the issue.

OK, some update on this issue. The user is NOT seeing the font the correct
size. The zoom, which I finally figured out, was set at 150% on her
workstation. But this was a response to her font sizes all of a sudden
shrinking. It says Arial 12, but in reality its displaying as a size 8. When
I reply to her messages, my replies exhibit the same characteristics: the
toolbar says Arial 12, but it's displaying as size 8.
