Signature - Automatic?

Hi,

One of our users set up an Entourage email client for use with our
Exchange
2003 server. He created a signature and said that you have to insert it
manually
with each email message.

Is there a way, as in Outlook, to have the signature come on
automatically
with each email?

Yes, under the account settings (Tools Menu; 'Accounts'; double-click the
account name to edit it), select the 'Options' pane and choose the default
signature to be applied to every new messages.
