Signature block not automatically loading on outgoing emails

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Email Client: pop On every email I send, even the replies, my signature block has to be manually inserted on the email.
Is there a way to have the signature block automatically insert at the end of the emails?

This is set at the account level.

Tools > Accounts > (your account) > Advanced > Default Signature
