Signature block

I typed a single-spaced signature block in Outlook to use in future messages. But when I retrieved the signature block, it appeared in double-space. How can I get the signature block to remain in single-space - as I typed it orginally?

When you create a new line use SHIFT+ENTER instead of ENTER.
SHIFT+ENTER= new line
ENTER= new paragraph
