Signature drop down

Phil Rose

Hi all, I've just started using Outlook 2002 to process both my business
(pop3) mail and now also my Yahoo email. I want to quickly and easily choose
different signatures dependent on whether I am sending personal email via
Yahoo or business through the other account. I am editing my email in Word.
I'm sure there used to be a signature drop down from which I could choose
which signature to use but now it seems to be a zephyr of the past and I
have to go round the houses to change the signature. Since I send a lot of
business AND a lot of personal mail I'd like to be able to easily do this.
Can anyone help?

Thanks a lot,

Phil

The method you describe is when you have Outlook configured as your e-mail
editor.

With Word as the e-mail editor you must have a default signature specified
(can be a blank one with just some space or a dot as well) and then you can
rightclick in front of the signature to select another one. In Outlook 2003
you can specify a default signature for each account.
