Is there any way to attach a file as a signature like in Outlook? In Outlook
I can click " Use file as template" and attach a formatted HTML file, but I
can't find a way to do this in Entourage 2004.

Under the tools menu in entourage, select 'Signatures', here you can create
new signatures. These can be HTML formatted as well as plain text. In the
account settings you can select which signature to use as the default sig
for an account.
