Signature Font

Nicole

I am trying to set up new signatures in Outlook 2000 to accomodate a public computer. When I use the "signature picker" and choose either edit or new, there are font and paragraph buttons. However, they aren't active, usable, whatever. I have run into problems before and had to dowload from Office 2000 small business for import/export and a few other outlook functions. If something isn't downloaded, I can't figure out what it is.

I also tried to save a text document with the correct formatting and then use the template function, but it changed the font back to standard

thanks for your help -- Nicole

Try setting your default mail format to HTML first.
