signature issue

Hi there

I have had a few people send me emails with coloured strips in their
mails.

This is clearly part ofd a signature file, but it as I mkae the window
larger or smaller the coloured band grows or shrinks to fill the
available space.

how is this done - or more to the point - can this be done in
Entourage. I've messed about with the signature file area but the
options seem very limited - I'm thinking maybe this is done in some
other mail programme.

any and all comments most appreciated....

Hi,

it's very hard to imagine what you mean by these coloured strips, but yes,
this is most likely a problem related to Entourage's very limited HTML
creation engine. If you use Entourage 2004, you can use Word 2004 to create
a complex layout and then send it to Entourage using the File>Send to>Mail
Recipient (as HTML) command.
