Signature placement in replies

Is there a way to change the position that Entourage places a signature in a
reply email. Currently it places my signature at the very bottom of the
reply message instead of below the actual text of my reply.

Yes. Go to Entourage -> Preferences, and then go to Mail & News Preferences
Reply & Forward. Under "Mail Attribution" check the option to "Place

insertion point before quoted text," and click OK.
