Signature position in email

Hi.

I'm new to entourage (coming from outlook) and have my signature but can't
seem to find where I go to make sure that it posts on top of quoted text
when replying to a message or when forwarding.

Currently my signature is going below the quoted message. I'd like to top
post.

Can that be done?

Try the Reply & Forward section in Entourage's Preferences. You can choose
between three options: the first one doesn't do anything, and the second one
puts your signature *below* the quoted text. The third one does not use a
fancy attribution line like the second option, but it does place your
signature *above* the quoted text.

I didn't know where to find preferences. I'm used to windows and them being
under the 'file' menu.

Or the Tools menu, or buried in some tab of a Control Panel, or... : D

If the preferences are confusing see the screen shots that show what happens
for each selection.

Suggestion: Leave Entourage set to default setting. Use script by Paul
Berkowitz "Reply Insertion Reversed". (Script ID: 301) Download here.
<http://www.scriptbuilders.net/> Now you can easily toggle between reply on
top or below quoted text. Assign a shortcut to the script for even easier
use.
