Signatures are scriptable. You haven't described what you're starting from
(a list of names and addresses, boilerplate text, both?) nor where you're
going with it (all 300 signatures in one single Entourage identity, one per
user accessing different users how?) etc. You need to be much more precise
at explaining what you're looking for here.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply.

We want to create signatures for all users - according to our CI.
That means we setup the signature centralized - with the right logo,
address, phonenumber etc.

This signature file are then automatic copied to the users Mac - every time
they logon.

Secondly the signature should look "good" in HTML format.

The userr info is in the Active Directory - but could also be exported it
into some other format (text file).

We simply want to avoid making everything manually.

"Every time they log on?" Really?

I suppose if you insisted that every user really had to have the identical
signature - no room for individual names at all (what kind of signature
would that be?) and you didn't allow any other optional signatures, ONLY the
company signature (as "Standard" sig) , you could simply create it in your
own copy of Entourage, and then copy the Signatures file from your own Main
Identity folder in Office 2004 identities folder in the Microsoft User Data
folder to all the users' folders, replacing. That could be done by Finder
scripting if you don't have another method for mass copying.

(If for some reason that didn't work, you could export your signature(s) to
a text file using my Export-Import Entourage scripts - Signatures Export -
and have every user set to run a Schedule at Entourage startup that ran
Signatures Import script to import that file - it would need a tiny bit of
tweaking to do it without asking where to find the file.)
