My company has created a signature format that we'd like to set as a
default on all PCs and Macs throughout the office so that every time
anyone sends an email, this signature will automatically appear at the
bottom. We set it up on a PC (in Outlook) and when we send emails from
PC to PC, the signature looks fine. When we send it from PC to Mac (in
Entourage), the normally single-spaced lines of text become double- or
triple-spaced. Any idea what the problem might be and/or how to solve
this so that the signature can look the same no matter what platform
and email program?
