Signatures in messages

I want to be able to manually add a signature to certain
outgoing emails,
When using word to format emails the signature i made
does not appear in the list (insert/autotext/signatures)

when i change to outlook as the editor the signature
appears in the list(insert/signature)

but I am getting an active x error when inserting it.

any help would be appreciated greatly

1) either specify a default signaute (can be an empty one or just a dot) or
use AutoText instead

2) For the ActiveX error; edit your htm-signature and make sure there isn't
anything "special" is in he source code
