Signatures increase in size when replying to e-mail

Hi folks,

I have several users whose signature files increase their font size
abnormally when they reply to an e-mail. All users are using Office XP,
patched with the latest patches.

Any thoughts on causes or soultions?

Found the answer when scouring the outlook specific forums.

Will post solution here for interested parties:

When you create a signature file in outlook it actually creates 3 seperate
signatures, one for html, one for rich text and one for plain text.

After interrogating my users under a 20 Watt bulb, I found out that yes it
only happened when they responded to rich text e-mails. Once I altered the
rich text signature file all was well.

the signatures were found in the:
Documents and settings\user\application data\microsoft\signature folder
