Signatures with attachments

Hi Folks,

When I get a potential lead I send them an email with signatures that
I have made up with copy about our company. Then I have to click
click click to add attachments.

Is there a way to get this automated?

You can select the default signature for an account. Under tools in the menu
bar, select accounts. Select the Options tab and select the signature you
want from the popup menu.

This assumes you have created the Signature and stored it in Entourage.
Tools select Signatures. You¹ll want to create an HTML sig. For more help
