I was told by others that when I send an email, my signature grows
large in size. I tested by sending to myself and it's true. Any
solutions?

Can you take a screen shot (Command-Shift-4), upload it to
<http://imageshack.us>, and post the URL to the image here so we can see
what you are talking about?

Why are you sending HTML emails? Why not send plain text instead? If you
sent plain text, this problem would vanish.

There are plenty of technical issues that can prevent folks from
actually reading HTML email. HTML triples and quadruples the size of
messages in comparison to plain text. Worse, by sending HTML email, you
are imposing your own choice of font, size, style, etc. on your readers,
which is rude IMO. Personally, I want to read email in *MY* preferred
font, size, style, not some whacky font you like. HTML email is the bane
of good email etiquette.

If I were you, I would do this:

1. Open Entourage.
2. From the menu bar, choose Entourage > Preferences.
3. In the list on the left side of the Preferences window, select Mail &
News Preferences > Compose.
4. Uncheck the "Show HTML Formatting toolbar in the Message Composition
window" checkbox.
5. Set "Mail format" to Plain Text.
6. In the Preferences window, select Mail & News Preferences > Reply &
Forward.
7. Uncheck the :Reply to messages in the format in which they were sent"
checkbox.
8. In the list on the left side of the Preferences window, select
General Preferences > Fonts.
9. Set the "Plain text" font to your preferred font and size.

Now all messages you create will be sent in plain text, and you will no
longer have this font size problem, because anyone who receives your
email will see the email in *their own* preferred font and size rather
than what is dictated by your message (see? plain text messages are more
friendly!).
