Is there a way I can force a signature on my users Outlook? We have
Outlook 2k and 2k3 with Exchange 2k3

User specific signatures such as John Doe, ABC Company, NY NY tel / fax etc.?
Or do you want to implement a dislaimer?

There is at least one tool listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm that can pull that information from AD and apply it as the message goes through the server, so you don't have to worry about the users editing or deleting the signature on their own.
