Since installing SP2 I can't download anything

Since SP2 installed most attempts at downloading fail with a "page cannot be
found" error, or a blank screen. All attempts to adjust the security setting
have not solved the problem
WinXP Pro.

I'm confused. Do you mean SP1 for Office 2003 or SP-2 for Windows XP? (Your
subject and body text say SP-2 -- which leads me to think you're talking
about Windows XP SP-2 -- but you've posted in the Office newsgroup.)
