I upgraded my OS from 10.2.8 to 10.3.4 and now have
problems with Entourage (Office.X "10.1.5"). It does not
crash, but might as well.
I will change from one mail folder to another (which
happens to be a whole other account) and then the program
will stop working (this is not account specific, it happens
between any account combination).
A partial word will display in the bottom of the
window (something like a status bar; it displays messages
as mail is being checked) and then I am unable to click
anything. When I move my mouse over any of the options in
the top left (address book, calender, etc) they take on a
"checkerboard" pattern and the picture is no longer visable.
I have to "Force Quit" the application because it will
not accept a "Quit" from the "File" menu. I am able to
re-start the program after the failure without a system
restart being required.
I have re-applied the 10.1.5 update for Office.X to no
avail.
Please advise, I really need to fix this. Thank you
