Site not working w/Netscape

I'm very new to web design. Just created my first website
using Frontpage 2002. It comes up perfectly w/IE but it's
a disaster w/Netscape. Links don't work, frames pages
don't show up at all. I don't know anything about HTML.
Where can I go to have someone check the site and HTML for
me and find my problem? I need outside help with this so
I don't have to scrap the entire project and work with
another program. Frontpage seemed so easy to work with.
I'd appreciate any help as soon as you can. Thanks.

The first step is to validate your HTML; here are two
sites where you can do that for free:
http://validator.w3.org/ and
http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/
If you have questions about the error messages, post back
here to this thread and we'll try and help.

.
I can't make heads or tails out of either. They both say
DOCTYPE is not specified. Frontpage created the HTML. Am
I supposed to change it myself? As I said, I have no
experience w/HTML.

You can add one yourself; here's some info: http://www.spiderwebwoman.com/tutorials/doctypesolution.asp but, for the time being, just tell the validator to use HTML 4.01 Transitional

What's the address of your web site?

I took your suggestion and tried both. They both say the
HTML doesn't specify DOCTYPE. Am I supposed to add things
to the HTML created by Frontpage? Like I said, I'm a
beginner. Also, I can't make heads or tails of the error
messages on the way. I'm not a programmer by any means.
By the way, the URL is www.resortbay.com. Thanks.

Your main problem is Netscape does not support the Marquee tag or Word Art / Shape Art
- only supported by IE

Frames are supported

Provide a link to your "blank" frameset page

| What about frames? I understand Netscape supports frames
| but it only comes out as a blank page.
