Site to Site migration

We are in the processes of migrating an Exchange 5.5
server to new hardware and need to change the site name
due to a change in naming conventions. The organization
will stay the same. I need to know of a way to change
the Outlook clients so that they point to the new server.
Does anyone have any recommendations outside of manually
going to each person's workstation? Thanks for any help!

No need to do anything manual.

However for this instance you could just setup the new exchange server before
taking the old one offline.

Leave the old server on the network after the users have been
moved from it so as the users try to connect they are
pointed automatically to their new server.
