Skill Codes and Portfolio Modeller

I have setup a Multi Valued Enterprise Ouline Code (29) for some basic Skill
codes.

Entering the information is fine, however when I run Portfolio Modeller,
there is a Drop Down list in the Demand/CapacityUtilisation Chart area for
Skill Profiles, however this list is not polulated.

Howe, if I have Resources with Skill Codes assigned by the Outline code, do
I get this list populated to determine where my deficiencies are ?
