Skip blank cells

Dear experts

I've rows of records, such as

A1 A2 A3 A
B1 B2 B3 B
C1 C2 C3 C4...

As times went on, I sometimes deleted some outdated items from cells. For example, when I deleted items from cells A2, B1, C3..., some blank cells in rows happened. If I don't fill up the blank cells, the coming items to be added to each record will go to far right. In this regard, is there a way for the contents in cells after the blank cells can fill up the blank positions automatically

Please teach me your brilliant ways

Thanks.

Hi
this would requiere VBA (using an event macro or a macro to start after
you have deleted some cells)
Is a VBA solution o.k. for you?
