Skip Message Download

When I'm viewing the Progress pane, and I see Entourage downloading an
e-mail message I know is spam, wouldn't it be nice to be able to cancel
downloading of that message, mark it as spam, and have it get deleted, then
move on to the next message?

Probably to much to ask....

You do have the option to partially download messages. This way you only see
enough of a message to see what it is. You can then select to delete at next
connection.

Set partially download in Accounts under the Options tab.
