Hoe do I copy the Slide Master from a PP 2000 presentation to a 2003 PP
presentation or to the list of masters?

Find the 2000 presentation "whatever.pot" and copy it into your 2003 template
folder.

Just open a new blank presentation in 2003, and on the slide design task
pane, click browse at the bottom, and browse to the 2000 presentation. You
can apply PPT files as POT (templates).

Or just open the existing 2000 presentation in 2003, save as with a new
name, and delete the existing slides.

Is that what you're after?
