Slide inclusion from 2 diffiernt Powerpoint Presentation

Hi:

I hope you can hepl me. I have two seperate powerpoint
presentation (1) the entire slide have information (left
to right) and another where the slides are using
a "corporate" template (the left side of the slide is fill
with corp info). I am "inserting from slides" the first
slide into the template slides and am losing the colors
and cannot resize the the objects on the slides to fit on
the template.

Is there a way of inserting the slide/s from the first
presentation to the template, keeping all the same
formating and them resize the objects (equally) to fit on
the template slide ?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
