Slide Transition - automatic and manual

J

John Michl

I've got an autorunning PowerPoint. Slide transitions are setup to
allow viewers enough time to read all of the text on the screen. There
are a few slides, however, that I'd like the viewer to be able to
advance on their own if they finish before the slides moves on its own.
I'm not sure how to do this. Under "Advance Slide" I have both On
Mouse Click and Automatically After checked.

Is this even possible? The show will be saved as a PPS.

Thanks

You have it done if you have both with mouse click and automatically after X
seconds. (Is that not working for you?) The other alternative migh be a
"next" botton on the slide and use a hyperlink to the next slide. People
will see the button and grasp the meaning.
