I am using PowerPoint 2003 version 11.5529.5606 on a Dell Latitude laptop
with a HP PhotoSmart 7762 printer. When I try to print slides that contain
colour photos, the photos don't print properly. Often (but not always) each
photo will be split into a number of horizontal strips, sometimes as many as
six. Each strip contains the complete photo but with the vertical scale
compressed. For example if there are 4 strips, the photo is reproduced 4
times stacked above each other, but each one has the vertical scale reduced
to 25 per cent. On a TV I would say the horizontal hold has gone wrong.
What can I do?
