But if it doesn't do exactly what the help says it should, you'll submit a
bug report.
By not adding the help files, they have effectively reduced the number of
reported bugs in the program. This is a stroke of pure financial genius.
They save on having to pay help writers AND debuggers AND have a program
with fewer reported problems.
After all, what are the odds someone would actually stumble over a
completely undocumented new feature? Or is this what they meant by
discoverable?
